Face Tips

Face Tips
Our face has 70 muscles, responsible for facial expressions. As a facial muscle training can really be fresh!

Tips for a smooth forehead: press the fingers of both hands on the forehead. Now try to draw the eyebrows with the strength of the muscles of the forehead to the top. The resistance that provide the hands of this Exercise strengthens the muscles. Keep the tension up to 10 seconds and repeat 5-8 times

Trick to double chin: Put a hand under the chin. Now try to open my mouth. Hold the contraction also up to 10 seconds and repeat the exercise 5-8 times

Fresh and radiant eyes: Very good action shows green tea. Tip: two cotton pads in the tea and dunk to put the eye area for 10 minutes. Lie back and let it close your eyes. Then another eye cream – and the wrinkles become smoother!
Another important idea from face care tips for cleansing is to understand the benefits of regular cleansing. Cleaning your facial skin at least every night, will remove the day’s dirt, grime and makeup that accumulates on your skin and face throughout the day. Even touching your face with your hands puts dirt on it. The air we breathe and walk in every day is unfortunately, loaded with grime and toxins. This all builds up on your skin.

First thing to do is to pull your hair back off your face so that when you cleanse, you can get your facial skin cleaned all the way up to your hairline. Dirt really loves to dig in and stay put around  your hairline. You might not see the dirt, but trust me, it’s there.  # Wash your face twice a day (no more) with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne. Gently massage your face with circular motions. Don't scrub. Overwashing and scrubbing can cause skin to become irritated. After cleansing, the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends applying an over-the-counter (no prescription needed) lotion containing benzoyl peroxide. This will decrease oil and bacteria.
# Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring. If you notice a pimple coming before a big event, like the prom, a dermatologist can often treat it for you with less risk of scarring or infection.
# Avoid touching your face with your fingers or leaning your face on objects that collect sebum and skin residue like your phone. Touching your face can spread the bacteria that cause pores to become inflamed and irritated. To keep bacteria at bay, wash your hands before applying anything to your face, such as treatment creams or makeup.
