The literal translation of "a room with a bath" has evolved into a more technical description where a "full bathroom" must comprise four plumbing fixtures: bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. After these four essential elements, it is all up to us to mix and match materials to transform a utilitarian room into a peaceful private spa, a glamorous spot to put on make-up or an eco-friendly place to shave. Bathroom.
At the entirely opposite end of the spectrum are the forward-thinking high-tech bathrooms of tomorrow that exist far more frequently in fantasy than reality – so far at least. Imagine dark pools cutting through stone floors or dazzling digital displays surrounding you on all sides – interesting or too much?
The design of your bathroom dictates its overall mood and energy. Tiled walls give it a clean, modern look, while certain colors and stylish accents can make it more inviting. Need more storage? Marvelously Modern: Between the opposite-of-the-spectrum possibilities of super-futuristic bathroom interiors and charmingly conventional designs exist the artistic, elegant and ultimately simple ideas that are borne mainly of contemporary variations on traditional modern design. Bathtubs And Showers

Bathtubs And Showers
There are many choices when it comes to bathtubs and showers today. You have options when it comes to size, shape, material, color, etc. You must also consider the budget and amount of space you are working with.

Bathtubs take up more room than showers but offer a more relaxing experience. If you have the room, there are several types of baths on the market to fit your lifestyle. You can pick a bath for one person or multiple people. You can also add jets for a spa like feel.

Maybe you aren't a bath person and prefer a shower instead. Or, maybe you have limited space in your bathroom and don't have the space for a bathtub. Either way, showers come in many types and can be relaxing just like bathtubs. There are several types of shower heads to fit your preferences in water pressure. You can even find showers for your home bathroom that mimic steam rooms typically found in spas.

This is a semi transparent bath tub that has an elevated design. There are also green, blue and even white colors of this one. But the most common version of this tub is the transparent and the white ones. The white acrylic ones usually require a space that would separate from the shower. The design of the white ones usually have flowing designs that gives a modern flavor as well as antique kick in it. It also requires special plumbing for the flow of water in the shower and in the faucet as well. The green and blue are sort of hard to find but you can look also in the internet if you consider ordering those kinds of bath tub designs.

There are so many people who wanted to have a bubble bathtub. For this very reason, it is a good idea to try having a marble one. This way, it would be possible to have the items such as candles, soaps, wines and others to be beside the tub. The shower will also be in the corner beside the tub. You can also put it in between walls and even in the shower wall. It also gives a supporting frame that serves as a corridor and this kind of bathtub is really good for two people to fit in.

Stainless steel can also be used. This style gives a very refined and sophisticated look. The color of these bathtubs has a resemblance with the Japanese ones. It has a luxurious look in it as the shower is at the corner side. It is also great if it would be placed with a white background color. It will be the central point of the bathroom.

Bathtub Designs

Bathtub Designs
We came across Italian master spa makers Teuko and were awestruck seeing what they had to offer in bathtub design. The concepts are masterful, design exquisite and the execution brilliant.

Talucci Designs was responsible for the Seaside bath tub design and it is based on the four elements: Water, Air, Earth and Fire:

Water: The illuminated waterfall flows in a ribbon of light
Air: The delicate blower disperses millions of tiny bubbles
Earth: The seating area is raised and enjoys a gentle intrusion of subtle waves
Fire: The underwater light and temperature controlled heater keeps the spa cosy in colder climates.Bathtubs, bathtubs. Imagine yourself coming home after a long day’s work, feeling tired and stressed out. Imagine your favourite bathtub waiting for you to sink your restless body into it. Imagine sipping on your favourite fruit juice with your eyes closed and your soul unwinding to the smooth jazz playing in the background. Doesn’t it feel great? Well, it does feel great for me. I would wanna get myself one of these designer bathtubs.
